Rind & Grind might be my favorite spot in Salina now. Their smoothies are sooo good and the bowls hit every time. The workers are always really nice and the store is super clean! I stop here way more than I should but honestly never had any regrets!

I love Rind and Grind!! I discovered this place while visiting Salina for the Smoky Hill River Fest and I came back every morning to get a Lean Green smoothie and an egg and cheese croissant! fresh healthy ingredients, and friendly service!! I will be back again, and I will be visiting their location in Kansas City when I go there in November! Thanks

With Halloween around the corner, Frank was great to see! I went with my grandmother for the first time and I got a small vegan gluten free strawberry mango smoothie. Grandma got a strawberry apple smoothie. Both were very good very tasty! Definitely coming back here next big city trip! Had Google Maps show us the way, almost went through the drive through.

Rind & Grind has become one of my regular stops in Salina. Their smoothies are consistently fresh, healthy, and full of flavor, you can really tell they use quality ingredients. The bowls are just as impressive, always beautifully put together and packed with nutrients. The customer service is another huge reason I keep coming back. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and clearly well-educated on the menu and ingredients. The store itself is always spotless, which makes the whole experience even better. I wish I had gotten the names of one of the men and a couple of the women who worked there, as I wanted to acknowledge them specifically. They are always especially helpful, knowledgeable, and professional every time I visit. Overall, this place is a gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great smoothies and exceptional service.
